The hiring range for this role is:  

105,232.10 - 162,156.28

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this postingWe may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role will assist the organization in the identification, classification, recording, measurement, and monitoring of Business resiliency activities. This role will work closely with others in the Organization to provide management with a consistent and accurate view of the sources, scale, and scope of identified processes. The is expected to execute upon the direction set by the CISO, VP and work fairly independently to develop, implement and communicate Resiliency -related policies and procedures and responsible for monitoring and analyzing the organization's Business Resiliency documentation on both a day-to-day and long-term basis.

  • Regularly interface with Business Team members to discuss, document, identify and assist with various ad-hoc and remediation efforts. 20%
  • Collect data, perform analysis and assist in creation of internal documentation and create executive 'C-Level' reports. 10%

    • Experience
    • 5+ Years information security, with a focus on program management Required

      Demonstrated ability in dealing with challenging situations.
      Strong project management skills.
      Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality output under pressure and time constraints.
      Knowledge of Business Resiliency areas (BC Planning / Documentation, BIA, Crisis Management) and demonstrated ability to apply to business environment.
      Must possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
      Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
      Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) with an ability to produce professional documents ready for presentation to executive 'C-level' management.
