Empire Real Estate School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Real Estate Instructor to teach virtual, live classes via Zoom! If you’re passionate about real estate and enjoy teaching, we would love to connect with you. Position: Part-Time CT Real Estate Instructor Location: Remote (Live Zoom Classes) Schedule: • Evenings, 3 nights per week (Set your own hours, let's discuss the best days that work for you) • Each class is 3 hours • Complete a total of 60 instructional hours Requirements: ✅ Must hold an active Connecticut Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) ✅ 3–5 years of real estate experience ✅ Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred ✅ Comfortable using Zoom and online teaching tools ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills What You’ll Do: Teach Connecticut real estate principles, law, finance, and ethics (curriculum provided) Prepare students to pass the Connecticut real estate licensing exam Inspire and guide new professionals entering the industry Perks: Competitive pay Flexible scheduling within evening time blocks Work from home Opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of Connecticut real estate agents Interested?
