Assist in the execution of fixed income trades: The Fixed Income Trade Operations Senior Associate/Analyst will be responsible for executing fixed income trades in accordance with established processes and procedures. Monitor trade processes: This position will require monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of trade processes, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and confirmation. Maintain trade records: The Senior Associate/Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date trade records, including trade confirmations, settlements, and other trade-related documents. Collaborate with team members: This role requires working closely with other team members, including traders, portfolio managers, and operations staff, to ensure smooth and timely trade execution. Identify and resolve trade discrepancies: The Senior Associate/Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the trade process, working with appropriate parties to find effective solutions. Stay informed on market trends: This position requires staying up-to-date on market trends and developments in the fixed income industry to inform trade decisions and processes. Provide support for portfolio management: The Senior Associate/Analyst will provide support to portfolio managers by providing accurate and timely trade information and reports. Adhere to regulatory requirements: The Fixed Income Trade Operations Senior Associate/Analyst will ensure all trade processes and procedures adhere to relevant regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements: This role requires continuously evaluating trade processes and identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
