We also support our clinicians by taking care of billing, managed care and administrative tasks so you can be free to focus on your clients. We have a very easy to use, intuitive online scheduling and documentation system to keep your paperwork at a minimum. In the spirit of flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, we work with each clinician todesign a schedule that works for your life. We are looking for clinicians that have the experience to practice with autonomy and are adept at identifying and practicing the evidence-based treatments that are best suited to helping each client. Our clinicians are committed tousing professional development to improve their craft and practice by engaging in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings. Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services is a well-established practice looking for Pennsylvania-licensed Psychologists, LPCs, LMFTs, and/or LCSWs to join our team. We have openings in our Philadelphia (Society Hill and Fishtown), Willow Grove, Lafayette Hill, Broomall, and Media offices. Hybrid positions are also available for clinicians who want flexibility to work remotely from home. We also pride ourselves on offering the highest quality services for our communities. Therefore, in addition to hiring generalists, we have developed specialty areas and created Centers of Excellence where clinicians have the option to focus on a specialty area, get high quality training, participate in consultation groups, and get and/or give supervision. Our current and future specialty areas include: ? Children and Adolescents ? Couples ? Emergency Responders ? Addiction recovery ? Eating Disorders ? Grief ? Trauma ? Reproductive Mental Health ? Through our relationships, our referrals are steady which allows us to keep our clinicians' caseloads full. Requirements ? Three (3) years experience providing therapy (and/or formal psychological assessments) ? Pennsylvania License (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) before starting (interview process can be initiated beforehand) ? Ability to schedule at least 8 appointments per week in the evenings or weekends. Ideal candidates will have: ? Experience in outpatient settings ? A strong background with children, adolescents, families and/or adults ? Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends ? The ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Current credentialing with major insurers in the area (a plus but not a necessity) ? Black, Indigenous and People of Color strongly encouraged to apply ?
